Pet Community Center Go Fund Me
Our dreams are big but we are determined. We are raising funds to secure land for a Pet Community Center. This facility would have a memorial garden, a rainbow footbridge with ways to memorialize your beloved pets, reflecting pools, labyrinth, pet statue and art work, low cost veterinary days, pet loss support groups, key notes speakers and events. We also want a couple of kennels to house women who are escaping abusive homes that are in need of a place to keep their pets temporarily. We are seeking an initial amount of $100,000 and then we can start the hard work of building the center and creating the garden.

Adoption fee is $100.00 Adopt Two and we discount it to $75.00: Kittens do well with a friend and we love to see our kittens go to a forever home together.
Treat Bags (while supplies last), raffle, Pet related items for sale with proceeds benefiting BO Paws It Forward programs.

WAG!, beloved by pet owners and their BFFs (Best Furry Friends) was created as a means to celebrate our canine-human friendships. It’s a FREE and fun event for dogs and their people…and so much more. It’s also the biggest event in Ohio helping dogs in need, bringing dog-serving rescue groups and organizations together with thousands of donors and potential adopters. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, August 27 and to the biggest and best WAG! yet. In the meantime, we want to say thank you in advance to:

WAG! takes place in the Darby Bend Lakes Area of Prairie Oaks Metro Park, located just 20 minutes west of Downtown Columbus.

Driving Directions:
From I-270, take I-70 west to the West Jefferson/Plain City exit. Turn right onto Plain City-Georgesville Road/State Route 142. Go about 2.25 miles to Lucas Road (passing the main park entrance) and turn right. Go across Big Darby Creek and turn right at the stop sign onto Amity Road. Entrance is about 0.5 miles on right.
